Glastonbury Festival (formally Glastonbury Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts and known colloquially as Glasto) is a five-day festival of contemporary performing arts held near Pilton, Somerset, England, in most summers. In addition to contemporary music, the festival hosts dance, comedy, theatre, circus, cabaret, and other arts. Leading pop and rock artists have headlined, alongside thousands of others appearing on smaller stages and performance areas. Films and albums have been recorded at the festival, and it receives extensive television and newspaper coverage.
Glastonbury is attended by around 200,000 people,[3] requiring extensive security, transport, water, and electricity-supply infrastructure. While the number of attendees is sometimes swollen by gatecrashers, a record of 300,000 people was set at the 1994 festival, headlined by the Levellers, who performed on The Pyramid Stage.[4] Most festival staff are unpaid volunteers, helping the festival to raise millions of pounds for charity organisations.[5]
American Speedfest 10 – 17th – 18th June 2024
In trues Rocket Dogs style, we will be joining the American Speedfest in our amazing silver bullet.
American SpeedFest 10 blasts into Brands Hatch for a flat-out weekend of V8-powered entertainment on 17/18 June 2023. SpeedFest 10 will feature the meeting’s best ever race line-up, with two days of supercharged action on the world-famous Indy circuit. The NASCAR Whelen Euro Series will top the bill once more, with two races per day, whilst other highlights include Legends and the Pickup Truck Championship. A star addition will be a special Corvette anniversary race, celebrating 70 years of the iconic muscle car.
Much more than a race meeting, SpeedFest 10 will also feature a huge range of off-track attractions, with US-flavoured fun for individuals of all ages. This will include our biggest ever American car displays.
Goodwood Revival Meeting – 17th – 19th September
Recreating the glamour of motor racing as it used to be, the Motor Circuit comes alive for the Revival, both on and off the historic track. The only historic race meeting to be staged entirely in period dress, the Revival sees a return to the halcyon days of Goodwood as the spiritual home of British motor racing.
It’s a celebration of bygone days, vintage fashion and wheel-to-wheel racing around this classic circuit, which remains unchanged since its heyday.
Formula 1 – 16th – 18th July
A weekend festival that celebrates everything that’s good about the British Grand Prix. Much more than a race, it’s a chance to get together, relax and be entertained. Tick this off your bucket list.

But more so, Black Deer is a community. A community accessible to all. A community providing opportunities to all (such as the deserving students of Supajam who have their own stage). And importantly, a community inspiring to all (the motivation behind the Young Folk part of the festival).
